“They always say time changes things, but you actually have to change them yourself.”
Andy Warhol
At one time or another in our lives we bump into something that we want to change. It might be a situation, a behaviour, a habit, a mindset. So why is it so hard?
Why is it that we end up in the same place, doing the same things, experiencing versions of the same struggles?
Change is hard.
And it is especially hard when you are trying to do it using only your conscious mind.
We humans are good at tolerating things that aren’t perfect. Up to a certain limit, we can live with stresses, frustrations, un-lived dreams, sabotaging behaviours, things being slightly out of our reach. After a while it even seems like there is no other option.
“If you do not change direction, you may end up where you are heading.” Lao Tzu
But, what if there was a way to address these things more directly and effectively?
What if you could harness all of our unconscious resources to make the shift we desire.
And what if you could do that more quickly and easily than you had ever imagined?
